Season begins Tuesday January 9 and closes Saturday February 24, 2024

Dear Students and Parents:

We will begin MS Wrestling January 9th, which is the first Tuesday when you return from holiday break. Before that date all wrestlers will need to have:

Wrestling is a tough physical sport and requires a FULL commitment to the season. Please be prepared to learn new things, be at every practice (or contact Mr. Kenny by phone or email), and remember that good only comes with work--hard work! We will practice every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3:00 to 4:30pm.  We will need to have at least 8 students with all the needed paperwork completed by January 12 to have a season. Also if at any time we drop below 6 wrestlers on the team we are going to have to cancel the season.  We need at least 6 wrestlers to roll up the wrestling mat at the end of practice. 

To have a chance to show off our cool and new moves, highlight our hard work, and show the world our great attitudes of sportsmanship, we will attend the following meets:

Friday & Saturday, January 26 & 27 at Houston

Friday & Saturday, February 9 & 10 at Redington

Friday & Saturday, February 23 & 24 at Colony

Parents are to bring their child to the meets and pick them up afterwards.

Times will be announced as available.
